  Subtitle for vol. 2 is "Anyplace Crazy As Anywhere Else". Promo version is 2 CD and DVD as white discs with black writing housed in white die cut sleeves. Some copies with an A4 info sheet. I have also seen copies in what looks like two slim cases or standard jewel cases with front inlay with album sleeve work and with the number 0126 PR (disc 1) and 0127 PR (disc 2). I have also seen copies on Ebay where the dvd is black.
