The first time I saw this was in November 2006 on German Ebay. A seller on Ebay at
the time claimed that "This is a genuine promo CD for the German journalists only - it was distributed to
selected German media partners". Nowhere on the disc it is mentioned that it is a promo but it was not sold in
the record shops. However, I have seen it for sale on some internet shops but when I tried to order it it was
out of stock.

A copy was sold on Ebay in December 2006 for EUR 32. Just a week later a copy was
sold for $128 on Ebay. January 2007 EUR 25 and EUR 71, Ebay, February 2007 EUR 53, Ebay. $24 January 2008, Ebay,
EUR 15 August 2008, Ebay.
