This copy of 104 158-100, Ger, Ariola has a discoloured sleeve and is signed by Lemmy. The cover looks to be black and white except for a square where the colours are visible. The seller on Ebay said it was a misprint, a discolour in manufacturing process but I think it is just sun bleached.
