  The first time I saw this was in February 2007 on Ebay. The seller was located in Russia. It was advertised as "included ALL Motorhead song’s!!! It is great – you pay only like one CD but you enjoy all Motorhead albums song’s in MP3 formatted (that CD be played in all computers, all mp3 portable players and any DVD players). And just very rare released". On the back a logo with "Sound plus" is visible. I don´t think this is the label but I list this as the label. The barcode is 60980-06754 so I use 6754 as the cat no.
