  The sleeve is a plain white die-cut cardboard cover. Some copies have a release info sheet taped on to the sleeve, "Motorhead" rubber stamped on it and hand-written at the top, see picture. The labels are red PI labels with "Test pressing" and "Keel manufacturing division" printed on them.

  A copy with the release sheet taped on to the white cover was sold on Ebay in November 2004 for $124. Another copy without the release sheet was sold on Ebay in October 2005 for $224.
