N o t e s

  The Italian test pressing has white labels and the copy I have seen had hand writing on the A-label. It was listed by Stevenson in the Collectors Guide (2011). The copy I have seen (pictures sent by Jochen Seger) was housed in a stock copy Italy sleeve. Donīt know if it had an inner though. Erik Leidi has posted a picture on Facebook with white label, no writing.
