At least some copies of the promo version had a square sticker on the front
in the upper right corner in black and
white with the skull and the logo. Some copies also included a two pages biography. Others have been said to contain
a six-page biography including album info, tour schedule and a promo photo.
The label was white with black
printing.

A promo copy with sticker on sleeve and with press kit was sold for $27 in March 2005
on Ebay. Another promo copy with press kit was sold for $31 in March 2006. October 2006
