N o t e s

  Most interesting with the Italian CGD Messagerie is that it has a really odd multicoloured label with the GWR logo. It also contains the folded picture insert.

There are also copies called promo copies with a punched or drilled hole in the lower left front corner, a promo stamp that says "CAMPIONE GRATUITO" which means "free sample". It has the folded insert with red printing.
