  According to Record Collector 167:75 this Canadian version named The Watcher was released in 1985. But on the back sleeve it says (C) 1980 Attic which could mean Attic retreived the rights for the recording already in 1980 at the same time they got the rights to release the Motorhead album. Some copies are cut out. My copy is cut out but still sealed.
