  In Germany the standard black vinyl album was manufactured and distributed by Ariola. The Dutch version was also manufactured in Germany and distributed by Ariola. There are some small differences between the two different versions. One is the GEMA logo on the German label and the Stemra logo on the Dutch version. Another one is the additional "320" in the catalogue number in the top right corner on the back cover of the German version. The Dutch version does not have this additional number.

I have seen a copy on Ebay listed with two B/W bios, one in German, one in English. It was said to have been sent out to a journalist.
